This video was made to present to the Lyon County Board of Commissioners during the hearing to consider the change of land use and zoning that would allow Comstock Mining, INC to mine within the town of Silver City.

The county ruled in favor of CMI. Comstock Residents Association sued Lyon County. Oral arguments in the case were heard at the Nevada Supreme Court on September 14, 2016 in Reno, NV. The Court has 45 days in which to make a ruling.
